Shipping & Return Policies

SHIPPING POLICY

 

a) Customer Contact

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details (valid email address, delivery address, contact number and the intended recipient). Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

b) Order Processing

Orders placed on any weekdays, Monday to Friday, will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays (based on Singapore calendar), will be processed the next business day and shipped within 2 business days.

c) International Shipping

We ship all the orders via DHL Global Mail. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for the shipment to reach you.

d) Shipment Charge

Typically, we charge a flat shipment fee of USD5.00 per pack. For '3-packs Value Buy' Option, we will provide free shipping.

For urgent shipment (delivery within 1 week), we will need to send via courier service of DHL. The charge for DHL courier service will depend on your geographical location. Please indicate your request for urgent shipment with your order. We will let you know of the quote from DHL courier service first and then confirm your choice of shipment before processing your order.

e) Non-Delivery

In the event that nobody is at the delivery address to collect the parcel of HypoCol, DHL Global Mail will leave a notification note with the customer to contact the local post office.

RETURN POLICY

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase or the performance of our products, you are entitled to a refund of your product purchase, less the charge for shipment fee which is at USD5.00 per pack.

If you have not used or opened the product(s), please return them to Luye Pharma (Singapore) Pte Ltd (contact provided below) within 60 days, together with a brief note stating why it is being returned. Please note that we will refund only the purchase price of the product returned, less the flat shipment fee @ USD 5.00 per pack.

We do not accept products that have been used or opened.

DAMAGED ITEM

We usually do a final check on your order before shipment. In the event, if you receive the product in a damaged condition, please inform us via email, stating your invoice or order number and your customer ID, at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . We will follow-up immediately by sending you a replacement for your order.

Your privacy is important to us!

Our customer database will not be sold to mailing lists or bulk e-mail companies, and we do not participate in any type of Telemarketing activities. The contact information you provide to us for your order will be kept strictly confidential.

However, we may send you update of HypoCol information or promotional activities unless you have indicated that you do not wish to receive it.
